The Hayward Lions Club has proudly served the San Francisco East Bay for 82 years.
It is but one part of the largest service organization in the world, The International Lions Club. The Hayward Lions Club is a group of men and women who meet to enjoy each other's company and work toward making the Hayward/Castro Valley area a better place to live. Our twice-monthly meetings are held at the La Hacienda Steakhouse in downtown Hayward.
OUR CLUB ACTIVITIES AND FUN(D)-RAISERS
Annual Golf Tournament - This event, held at prestigious golf courses in the East Bay, gives members and guests the pleasure both of playing this delightful sport and supporting local charities.
Christmas Party - We celebrate the Holiday spirit with family and friends with a semi-formal dinner at a local restaurant.
Reno Snow Train - We're not all work! This 3 day event in the Winter is a relaxing jaunt up to Reno via Amtrak for a bit of gambling and sight-seeing.
Theatre Night - A community with an active arts program is a better place to live. On theatre night, we support the arts in Hayward by gathering for a private dinner followed by enjoying a stage production at HARD Theatre.
St. Valentine's Day Dinner - A traditional treat of dining and dancing.
